3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a consecutive period of 12 months. 35bd1 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts after this period, provided that reasonable notice is given to the player at the email address on record. If the account balance reaches zero as a result of administrative fees, the account will be archived. Players may reactivate archived accounts by contacting support.

4.6 Failed and Disputed Transactions. 5.5 Expiry. Unless specified otherwise in the individual offer terms, bonus funds and free bet credits expire 30 days after the date of credit to the account. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance and cannot be reinstated.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on 35bd1 are subject to acceptance by the platform. 35bd1 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest error, bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, or bets that exceed pre-set liability limits for any given market.

6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: the event being abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement deadline, the outcome being affected by force majeure, technical errors in odds compilation, or the discovery that the event result was achieved through corrupt means including match-fixing. Void bets are refunded in full to the player's account balance.

12.1 By 35bd1. 35bd1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if continued operation of your account would expose 35bd1 or other players to unacceptable risk. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, 35bd1 may withhold account balances pending investigation.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it could significantly affect your rights as a player — 35bd1 will provide at least 7 days' notice by displaying a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the 35bd1 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
